Hi,
I recently posted a question about a problem I was having with the Raven 3.1 update, and there were several replies in the thread.
However, I can't seem to find the post - has it been deleted?

Mick Don't think it was deleted, I just checked your activity and found it here.. slate.boards.net/thread/948/problems-update-3-1If you don't have faders showing up it is def a V-control HUI issue.. Its seems like HUI is not active and connected to V-control and Raven. This will effect the Faders and transports.
Open v-control setups and be sure it is connected to the DAW and Raven.
Be sure your peripherals are setup for HUI also. There is a Setup Guide right in V-control Setups that shows up when selecting the DAW.
Last thing is perhaps to try re launching V-Control and Raven.
Also, if you can't save the banking buttons.
Are you saving the layout after moving back the banking buttons???
Try this
1. "restore factory default"
2. Open your Ravlay
3. Customize and add banking buttons
4. Save each layout
5. Save the Ravlay as..
6. Set as user default

If your default Ravlay won't save, try navigating to /Users/name/Library/Application Support/Slate Media Technology/Raven MTi/Raven_Layouts and delete this folder this folder. It will be re made once restarting Raven.
In order to navigate to the User/Libary, hold down the Option Modifier while clicking the "Go" tab in finder. This will reveal the User Library. Once opened, scroll to Application Support/Slate Media Technolgy/Raven.

I booted up my Mac today and updated again from Raven 3.0.1 to Raven 3.1 This time, I experienced no problems at all - most strange. However, I'm happy, as it's working!
I like the new extra Bank buttons, but can I request another set, configured for Bank 8 L&R, please? Maybe even make them user-configurable as Bank 16 L&R would be useful sometimes.

I will ask around, For some reason I think this could be a pro tools limitation by only allowing 1 or 24.
