Hi,
I just purchased the MTi. Starting to use it with ProTools 11.3.1 HD.
Now, when using the Raven Software, I am not able to turn on/off the Input monitoring button on the mixer. I have to switch back to the ProTools mixer, and use the mouse to make this button work. This can't be right ... (?)

And another issue ...
When choosing 'View' menu in PT and then any of the 'Expanded Sends', the rec + mute + solo + inputmon. buttons become 'non touchable', and the inputmon. + solo buttons are also hidden behind the Raven faders ... Is this something that can be organised within the Batch Command software ?

You can use Shift + I for input monitoring and Shift + M for mute etc as batch commands. I usually don't have a problem hitting input Monitor.. Also, expanded sends will make the touch funny since the raven mixer touch boundaries will be blocking all kinds of things.. U may wanna hide raven faders if using the expanded sends. Hope this helps
Peace

Thanks jameyz for your answer. It always helps to get feedback I guess then there are a couple of issues with this software that hopefully will be sorted out in a future update. Of cours I can use Shift+I to activate the input mon. but I think it should work just by touching it. Unfortunately It does not, and I guess that must be wrong. I have no problems with the other buttons, just that one ... Regarding the expanded sends issue, I guess that is something they might wanna find a solution for in the future ... Best

I'm having the same issue. I'm now on Raven MTi 3.1 and I can't manage to align the tracks enough so that the meters and colors show. Maximum I can get is the first fader to show the meter and color, all others stay gray.
I have the dock on the bottom, and I've try aligning it with the red lion a million time and nothing.

In order for the Raven Internal Mixer to sync properly with Pro Tools, the PT mixer will have to be aligned perfectly for the faders to sync. Check out this article on how to easy sync Pro Tools and Raven using Window Configurations.

Hey, thanks for the response. I download window configurations and it still doesn't work, all the faders remain gray.

I can only get the first channel to line up Did you try importing the Window Configs I sent?? Did you option click the "Green Maximize Button"?? Is you dock on the left?? maybe try moving it to the bottom.. have you tried restarting Pro Tools and Raven?? Also, be sure to hit "Settings" and restore factory default when updating Raven. Else. send me an email and I can get you up and running.. Thank you,

yes, I have tried all the above. Except the "Maximize Button", I'm PT 12.4 and the free button makes it a full screen app, which I believe doesn't work with the raven, right?

On El Captian you need to "option click" the maximize button. Send me an email and we can setup a screen share to get you setup.

We got this all sorted out. It seems the System prefs for the Display Profile Color weren't set correctly. Be sure to always have Raven on the Top display color setting.

So I've updated to the newest Raven Software on Mac with Pro Tools 12.4 and now it seems that meters aren't displaying on the Raven Extern Mixer or the floating Mixer. They work fine with the intern mixer. any ideas of a solution for this?

Hi Jon, Right now, we have found the solution is to move your dock to the bottom. Make sure you have everything closed when you do this. Then move your dock formt he side to the bottom. Now try aligning your Raven software. Call our support line if you have any issues. 323 656 2050 ext. 3. Thanks.
