Hi everyone, I've downloaded 2.0 for my MTi. Just brilliant. However bizarrely I haven't got any meters anymore on the mixer channels? There is nothing there so not an alignment issue. Has any one had the same issue? cheers jon

Hi Jon,
Right now, we have found the solution is to move your dock to the bottom. Make sure you have everything closed when you do this. Then move your dock formt he side to the bottom. Now try aligning your Raven software. Call our support line if you have any issues. 323 656 2050 ext. 3. Thanks.

Any update on the progress? I cannot get the meters to show even with the dock on the bottom. Between no meters and no NI plugins, the otherwise brilliant product is gathering dust at this point. Is there a way to find the v1 of the software so it is usable?

Yep, same problem here. I can't use the mixer without the meters. I tried everything recommended.

That is very odd, usually I just hit the green resize button and then align the red line and the faders pop in. Make sure you have the dock on the bottom.. Also, you may want to try showing comments and moving the window around until the alignment is dead on with the comments borders and lines. Somehow you can get a better view of the alignment when the show comments are enabled on raven,

I would also add that the Raven faders do not display the track colour. They stay grey. I'm wondering if the meters not appearing is connected to this?

I had the same experience: Align one more time, and both faders and colors will be back.

Aha! That did it. Thanks hez. It seems a very delicate adjustment.

As a follow up, thanks all for the assist. Between the tech response, subsequent posts and the two updates everything is rocking - both the NI instruments and the meters.

If you scroll in the mixer view with the mouse this will be the case. You have to be sure that the mixer window is scrolled all the way to left, and never scroll the Pro Tools way - use Raven only

Never scroll the old way! I don't get what the difference between sessions is...

Resize your mixer window and then click on the green button on top left. Align Raven, and save eg as Raven in your project folder. Next time you work with that project, open first PT project and then the saved Raven setting you just saved. Work 100% here

Thanks Hez! Honorary RAVEN Support. He beat me to it. Make sure your mixer window is fully expanded. If you are experiencing differences between sessions it most likely means the track window on the left is not properly aligned. Feel free to shoot me an email and I can help you sort everything out.

Color profile should be set to "Clolor-LCD" ref "RAVEN SOFTWARE SETUP GUIDE 2.0.1". Remove the mark on "show profiles for this display only", and hopefully Color-LCD will be available in the list.
PS: Aligning have to be very precise. I have experienced what you do. I dragged the red line far off, and then aligned until the colors appeared.

Ok, I seemed to of fixed my issue. Not exactly sure what it was but I found a page on the avid website(the nightmare that it is). Avid pro tools optimization. There was a list of things to change and set on your Mac. After doing so every session loads the raven mixer straight on. Fingers crossed it stays the same..
Cheers
