Yes, I know I'm jumping the gun, but I downloaded Cubase 12 this morning and I'm wondering when I'll be able to use the Raven with it. Cubase 12 without the Raven just doesn't seem right. Thank you for any response on this, you're the best Jamey!

Thank you for any response on this, you're the best Jamey! Sorry to say we don't yet support Cubase 12 so you will want to stick with Cubase 11 for RAVEN until RAVEN 3.9.5 comes out with Cubase 12 support in a month or so. In the meantime you could open Cubase 11 and the RAVEN toolbars, then close 11 and open 12 while keeping the RAVEN toolbars open and hitting Cancel when the RAVEN asks to Quit. However, I imagine the RAVEN Internal Mixer won't align and there could also be other functionality not yet incorporated.

Hey Jamey, thanks for the quick response. I figured something like that. I thought about trying closing 11 and not quitting Raven, and I may try that today. I don't usually start using a new version of Cubase on projects until I get comfortable anyways. I'm assuming that it will be posted when Cubase 12 is supported? Thanks again!

Hi Jamie, in my setup (M1), I don't use the Apple version of Cubase yet, due to too many plugins being blacklisted. When I select Cubase 12 in the Raven dashboard, the Cubase 12 version selected is the Apple one rather than the Intel version.
Is there any way to select between apple and Intel?
Thanks for the update, by the way

Hey Jamey, I just came across a interesting issue. For some reason, when I select a group of tracks (drums for instance) the faders go out of alignment. When I deselect them or just select a individual track they go back into alignment. That's one thing so far that I have found. Thanks for your work!

Just tried that, Cubase still opens in 'Apple' mode!
As a workaround, I quit Cubase, leaving Raven running, then Open the Intel version of Cubase

This is why your faders are about 100px to high so the mixer won't align. simply make the left display your main display and then it will align correctly.

This seems to be the place for Cubase 12 questions? I've installed Cubase 12, but I can't figure out how to get raven to see it. I still only see Cubase 11 as an option in Raven. I've restarted my computer since installing 12.

Hello Jamey , my new MacStudio has arrived (OS Monterey 12.6) but i am experiencing a lot of problems configuring Raven with Cubase 12. I am very surprised as I have been using it with C11 for many years without any problems. The first oddity was that the Raven 3.9.5 installer did not contain UPDD. I had to download and install it separately. However my MTi2 works fine. Setting up with Cubase is a nightmare. Among the devices there is no longer "V-Control" but "Raven". In "Raven" it is not possible to configure the number of tracks (24) in the mixer. The transport works correctly but the Raven software do not switch between project and mixer. When the key "mixer" is pressed only the "Raven fader" appear over the project window. The workspaces menu is empty, it does not contain Raven project, mixer, dual ecc ecc. Raven Steinberg keys preference in Key Command menu do not exist. No Raven preferences also in Cubase preferences. No red line guide in mixer windows .
I repeated the installation but the result is always the same. I looked at the tutorials but they didn't help because the impression is that from the beginning there is something strange. Thank you in advance for your support

I am very surprised as I have been using it with C11 for many years without any problems. The first oddity was that the Raven 3.9.5 installer did not contain UPDD. I had to download and install it separately. However my MTi2 works fine. never heard of this, but UPDD will be in /Library/Application Support/Slate Media Technology Perhaps the installer wasn't "Allowed" access to the documents area? Could be a permissions issue. Setting up with Cubase is a nightmare. Among the devices there is no longer "V-Control" but "Raven". In "Raven" it is not possible to configure the number of tracks (24) in the mixer. The transport works correctly but the Raven software do not switch between project and mixer. Correct, the RAVEN controller is already setup for 24 tracks so no need to configure the banks anymore. Here is an article on how to setup slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033678373-How-to-setup-RAVEN-with-Cubase-Nuendo-on-macOSWhen the key "mixer" is pressed only the "Raven fader" appear over the project window. The workspaces menu is empty, it does not contain Raven project, mixer, dual ecc ecc. Raven Steinberg keys preference in Key Command menu do not exist. No Raven preferences also in Cubase preferences. Seems the workspaces weren't installed or maybe Cubase was running while installing so the prefs didn't get overwritten. You can also save and create your own workspaces as well if need be and import the key commands manually. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033790153-Cubase-Internal-Mixer-not-syncing-properly-or Perhaps you are running an older version of RAVEN, be sure to install the 3.9.5 from your account here my.slateaudio.com/No red line guide in mixer windows . yup, no more need for the redline in Cubase 12 or RAVEN 3.9.5 as users can put the mixer faders as high or low as they want to make room for Atmos / Surround tracks. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven if you want to troubleshoot your installer issues a bit more, slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you for your kind support Jamey, after further installation and some work on it, it seems that the problems have been resolved.
