Those are From Raven and Batch Commander 1.0
We had many people complain about how small the buttons were and you couldn't read them, or they would accidentally hit the wrong button. So we made them bigger, and add the "Ravpan" part which allows users to save entire panels.
Its possible in the future we could allow some panels with smaller buttons.

Thanks for the update. On my system, I'd be quite happy with smaller buttons. Could this be initiated as a user-option?
