When using the quick list to convert one midi track to one audio track, it produces three audio tracks, even though I've only selected the one midi / instrument track!
I only want to convert one instrument track at a time...
What shall I do?

Use freeze audio track on layout 4 to only bounce 1 selected track into place..

I tried that, but when I tried to select Freeze Audio Track Part 1, nothing happens - it doesn't appear in my action window... It's the same for Freeze Audio Track x3. All the other 'Freeze' commands can be selected and added to the action window.

OHHH I SEE.. So it looks like those quick list could be broken, I will make some new ones for the update. but try this for PT 11.
use this BClay and it should get you started for now. BCLAY 1.0.bclay (332.9 KB) I added some stuff to the freeze audio on layout 4 so now it prompts for next track. All you have to do is repeat as needed.. Also you want to make sure to have "import after bounce selected"

Also try search some of the floating windows. I have a couple midi to audio hidden in there. Just make sure the midi tracks are track number 1-5 at the top of session when running (this way BCercan find the tracks since pro tools sometimes forget what is next)

Couldn't get it to work with the new bclay either.
Just to make sure we're on the same page; I want to bounce instrument tracks to audio with a single click and have each instrument track have it's own audio track afterwards, and then hide the instrument track (just like in the promo video!!!) I want to use the action 'CONVERT MIDI TO AUDIO AND HIDE MIDI'
Sorry if it's me just being an idiot, but I can't get it to work :-(

BCLAY 1.0.bclay (379.98 KB) In the floating window on layout 6 is Bounce 5 MIDI, try that. If not def hit PM with your Skype info and I can get you setup. Bounce 2 MIDI.ravbc (4.03 KB) Bounce 5 MIDI.ravbc (9.59 KB) Here are the actually BC's to do it, but i think the import button may have a bug. Which should be fix soon. peace

I am SO incredibly confused over how to use anything with this program. It seems only the basic things work such as creating audio tracks, master tracks etc. Although creating an instrument track does not work. It defaults to Audio.
I was very interested in the Midi to Audio function but nothing I am trying is making it work. I want to be able to bounce my instrument tracks to audio and have it automatically import the audio back in, then deactivate and hide the instrument tracks I selected. Using the 'Render then bounce 1 midi track to audio' does nothing but create a new playlist for the selected instrument track. 'Convert Midi To Audio And Hide Midi' doesn't work either. This is both in Pro Tools 10 and 11 with Keyboard Focus on. I also tried the files supplied here.
I really want to be able to justify buying this program, but so far it hasn't been able to do anything it says it can. Just the basics. I also understand there's somewhat of a learning curve, so I'm really hoping to understand it soon. I assume as soon as I figure out a more complex command like turning midi to audio, importing that audio and then deactivating those tracks, other things will come easier.
Am I understanding the quicklist wrong? Do I need to have more commands than the 'Convert Midi To Audio And Hide Midi' in the action list to do what I want to do?
Sorry for my ignorance. I'm probably just a tad too excited for this program and am over-expecting it to work perfectly right away.

I'm going to have to watch that a few times to understand that, but right off the bat I'm wondering where the MIDI TO AUDIO and 5 MIDI TO AUDIO options are. Is this something I need to import myself from files/presets that you have created? If so, what are the steps for doing that? Right now I simply have the default settings up that would normally load when you run Batch Commander for the first time. It's my hope that I can eventually collect useful presets that other users such as yourself have created. Thanks a lot so far. Again, sorry for my ignorance. Any help will just lead to a greater understanding of how this works. Then I can rave to my audio pals about it EDIT: Also, I'm trying to just put in the same commands as displayed in your video but some are not available such as HIDE, Cursor Right, INACTIVE. Also, I assume a better way to do this in a larger session with instrument tracks in different places (next to audio tracks, AUXES etc) is to first only show all instrument tracks before anything is done. I'm having an issue where Batch Commander is deactivating the wrong track after the bounce and import. I have yet to get it to hide properly too. Is there a show all instrument tracks option? Just a tad confused over here.
