This is the error message I get after attempting to reinstall the Raven software. I noticed some calibration problems that the Calibrate function doesn't fix, so attempting to reinstall the Raven softer I get this message when it tries to instal the UPDD. Looks like the instal package UPDD license expired Sent an email to tech support.

Then I re-installed the 3.9.8 Raven pkg., and the warranty message was gone.

Thanks I'll try that, it's not like it will hurt it if it doesn't work. The touch is so off it's unusable right now.
