Just updated my Pro Tools to 2024.3 and then the Raven MTi2 says it cannot find any DAW nor iLok license key. It was all working prior to the update of Pro Tools. Anyone else having this issue? So far tech support has not been able to send a reply that makes sense.

EXACT same problem for me...... Can't use Raven at all, tried to re-use my activation code, says it has already been redeemed and activated but it's not activated in my ILok......NEED SOME HELP PLEASE!!!

I went back to Protools 2023 and everything is working OK now. Completely uninstalling PT2024 and also re-installing the Raven software, UPDD included.
Of course it implied some "cleaning" in my computer (Trashing PT preferences, etc).
But now it works.
And still waiting for an updated version of the RAVEN software compatible with PT2024!

Every time Pro Tools releases a version update i.e PT22 or PT23 or PT24 users will need to update the RAVEN Software as the RAVEN Dashboard only expects to find the name PT23 or below. It doesn't know to look for an app called PT24 as that application didn't exist when that version of RAVEN was made. Same thing when updating from Cubase 12 to Cubase 13 or from Ableton 11 to Ableton 12. You can download all updates from your account here my.stevenslateaudio.com/product/raven |
