Hi all, just ordered 2 raven MTi2 and Im wondering how to plug both screen when I only have 1 HDMI input on my computer? You need to get an Apple Multi-port Adapter and plug the 2nd RAVEN into the Thunderbolt port. youtu.be/aXWXdZzSWTA?t=102

This won't work. Each RAVEN needs to go into a dedicated port or else the monitors with be "Mirrored" Here is how to plug in Dual RAVENs with Thunderbolt 3 youtu.be/aXWXdZzSWTA?t=102

I recently had this message as well. completely uninstalling the RAVEN software and then reinstalling everything again helped.

That is not going to help with re-install as that just replaces the files that are already there. This user has an error message in RAVEN that needs to be resolved. Judging by the support ticket they submitted it was the user needed to check on the Screen Recording preference.

In my case, that helped because the raven software was already running beforehand. Oddly enough, the whole system behaves a bit strange anyway. Raven can work without any problems for weeks without changing the Mac OS system and suddenly nothing works anymore. UPDD is going crazy, Raven Soft. crashes for no reason or the MTis2 itself no longer responds to touch. In my case, I currently have to re-identify my Raven after every system start and from time to time the left and right Raven are swapped so that my configuration is no longer correct and the Raven no longer work as one unit.. But otherwise everything works ;- )

It worked thank you I’m not sure what’s happening My ravens are acting up, the mouse is extremely slow; I really think it might be my USB cables, but I’m not sure. Any idea what this could be?
