Using the UPDD to setup gestures - mostly keystrokes.
For example assigning OPTION A to a 3 finger tap.
Afterwards the OPTION key is still down, and the only way to unstick it is to either click the key or move the mouse.
However, I've found that selecting the Advance Option "Reposition Mouse Cursor Under Gesture" for those gestures generally performs much better. (but it will randomly still stick from time to time)
But - There are some gestures like 'Click and Drag' that don't offer that Advanced Option I am using the Click and Drag to Copy a clip while dragging to a new location.
All user gestures in Raven have been deleted and Modifier Latch is Off.
iMac with Big Sur 11.6 Raven 3.7
Thoughts?
Also - has development for the Raven come to a grinding halt? People have gone through menopause waiting for V4

Probably worth updating to RAVEN 3.9.5. you can download the update here my.slateaudio.com/Also - has development for the Raven come to a grinding halt? People have gone through menopause waiting for V4 Actually the opposite, RAVEN Developer is blasting along so fast and they just released 3.9.5 last month which unlocks PT22, Cubase12, Nuendo 12, and macOS Monterey support as well as ton of improvements to the RAVEN Internal Mixer for Pro Tools, Cubase/Nuendo and Logic. RAVEN 3.9.6 coming soon with more gestures and smart zooming features.

Sorry , I am on 3.9.1 (not 3.7) Today I did the upgrade to 3.9.5 So far the modifier keys seem to be non-sticky -yeah! ---BUT NOW--- Hitting SAVE LAYOUT and assigning to any number button seems to save everything on the screen except for the one thing that I use the Raven for and that's the Floating Mixer. Floating mixer is no where to be found when recalling a layout. I have to click the Floating Mixer button and drag the mixer to where I need it. Is there a list somewhere that shows what was 'improved' between 3.9.1 and 3.9.5? Thanks

Seems you need to give the floating mixer button more space around it as it must be getting tossed out. Is there a list somewhere that shows what was 'improved' between 3.9.1 and 3.9.5? Thanks yes, there are "release notes" in the RAVEN product page here my.slateaudio.com/

Got the Release Notes - I now have several issues with 3.9.5 that I was not having with 3.9.1 1- You misunderstood me. The Floating Mixer is not saving when using Save Preset. When recalling a preset, everything shows up as planned, but the Floating Mixer is nowhere to be seen. 2- The Floating Mixer isn't even on the correct monitor - (iMac display is main display- Raven is 2nd display) Everything shows up on the Raven Display as expected (Floating Palettes, External Mixer,Racks etc) except for the Floating Mixer which shows up on the iMac Display. It's all alone with no friends and there's no way to reach it. 3 - In this configuration using the Banking Buttons will make Raven Freeze. Can't Quit, Can't Force Quit. Must shut down computer. Must have coffee. 4- The External Mixer which does show up on the correct Raven Display, also crashes when Banking with either Finger Swiping or using the Banking Buttons 5- If I make the RAVEN display the Main Display, then the Floating Mixer comes and plays with everyone else. (still doesn't save though) But even here, it still crashes when banking.
I went through the Prefs requirements, but I guess I'm still missing something of importance? Keep in mind that everything worked fine with 3.9.1 except that the Modifier keys were sticking. Which as far as I can tell, works better now, but everything else is No Bueno.
Oh and just in case whatever you tell me I'm supposed to do doesn't work, where can I find a 3.9.1 installer? Thanks

ok, just made my MacBook Pro the main display and banking is working great.
I did see the RAVEN Floating Mixer over on the MacBook Pro so I made the RAVEN the main display and opened my layout and saved the layout with the RAVEN Floating Mixer in the desired place. Then I quit RAVEN made the MacBook Pro the main display again and now the RAVEN Floating Mixer is in the correct space.

so I made the RAVEN the main display and opened my layout and saved the layout with the RAVEN Floating Mixer in the desired place. Then I quit RAVEN made the MacBook Pro the main display again and now the RAVEN Floating Mixer is in the correct space. Yes I vaguely remember doing this before as well. Sadly, it's not working this time. Today, I deleted everything I could find for Raven, V Control, and UPDD (in APPS, Libraries, App Supt, Caches, Logs, and Prefs) and did a fresh install of the RAVEN 3.9.5 software and also downloaded and installed the UPDD 7.0.53 software. No change in conditions. So I"m off to send you a Support Ticket.
