I've mentioned this before, but the manuals are where? Hitting Settings/User Manual in the Raven brings up three 404 web pages. There are no direct links from this forum to the correct web page with the manuals, why? There's no direct link from the Setting menu in the Raven to the Raven webpage at slatemt.com/raven-mti2/Going to the proper DAW setup site for the manuals you get access to one DAW specific video tutorial, and in the Support menu on the web page all hardware manuals are 404. Software wise you get one DAW specific User manual, in the case of Digital Performer it's an Mti manual from 2018. Under Media, you get "Raven Videos" again for DP at least, this is for version 3.0 If there are links to Slates YouTube channel where Jamey has made some great DP specific and general run though's of the new gestures, I can't find them. In fact Jameys recent DP specific YouTube videos are AOL completely from any sort of link. Add in that Slate has what? three web pages and corporate entities. I could keep going with this, when someone said it was all smooth now, I just... yeah no! Looking up the Nav Pad in the MTi manual it's been completely superseded by the improvements to gestures, I literally can't think of anything I can do with it that isn't worse than using gestures. Page 16 in the Raven DP 3.6 User manual, the first paragraph on panning ends with "and"... the paragraph after is on the Nav pads and talks about controls not available in the Navpad for DP, waveform, track zoom etc. The very last page in the DP manual is "Troubleshooting Cubase". Please tell me this is because version 4 is dropping soon, and it will all be fixed, but really, this all needs some love. I suppose the Pro Tools manual and links are good... or not.

You can get the manuals for DP in the RAVEN product of you account here as well my.slateaudio.com/or here is the link as well download.slatemt.com/raven/manuals/mac/RAVEN%203.9%20Digital%20Performer.pdf I could keep going with this, when someone said it was all smooth now, I just... yeah no! The NavPad still works great for zooming in / out and changing track sizes. Are you saying it is just easier to use gestures than the Navpad?

Up to date copy of 3.9.5 Are you using the DP ravelay? I'm sure the Pro Tools manuals are linked correctly. I feel like you're doing "damage control" here, everything I said still holds: the DP manuals are 404 HTMl pages, the manual has bits and pieces that are for other DAWs, with the Support menu on the MTi2 web page all hardware manuals are 404. I'm sending up a red flag here, there's not much in the way of organization in terms of support for the Raven in DP, or Ableton Live. Same thing Applies, the manuals in Settings on the Raven itself all show up as 404 web pages for Live as well. I just hope this makes some difference, I'm not trying to be negative here, but the manual that you can access on the Slate page for DP literally ends with advice on Cubase. This isn't a good look. Other Raven users I know comment about this. The gestures now work better than the Navpad.

Oh I see you are using the "settings" button from the Toolbars area, I will have the Developers remove that button as it is much better to use the "Manuals" tab right in the RAVEN Dashboard as there are also videos in there and those links are up to date.
