As the subject line says. I had a 2011 iMac that died (power). Bought an Intel version 2020 27" iMac 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9, 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 which came with macOS Big Sur 11.5.1 I own a Raven MTi II. Using the HDMI out to ThunderBolt. I was using the VGA out to the older thunderbolt, FYI, with the old iMac. I have Raven 3.9.4 software now. Using Pro Tools version 21.12.0.97 I installed everything that came with the Raven update as far as I know.... V-Control Pro version 2.2.6.1 is on my new iMac. UPDD Version 06.00.727/1142786 UPDD Commander version ?
The Raven is working with my entire system it seems. When using it with Pro Tools, everything seems to work except for the faders. If I go to the Pro Tools faders, they will be my mix/adjustments. But when I go to the Raven faders, they are way off in terms of where they are in "volume" positions. Some of the faders are all the way down, then at 0, then at different volumes. Not where I set them...if I go to move a Raven fader at that point, then it adjusts the Pro Tools fader but not where I had them. They seem to be lined up. Everything looks visually ok but the faders are not controlling Pro Tools faders essentially.
I did go through a bunch of recent set up videos as well as some replies to posts on here, but nothing has solved the problem. I'm pretty lost since it all seems to be working except for Raven faders controlling Pro Tools faders properly. Thanks in advance for your help...Kevin.

If there is no communication between Raven and Pro Tools, it is possible HUI has't been configured correctly. Please be sure HUI is enabled for V-control in the Pro Tools MIDI Peripherals. Hi Jamey, thanks for responding....I do have the HUI setup correctly as far as I know. I just tried to upload a screen shot but it didn't work.... Like I said, everything is working fine in terms of all the other functions (mute, solo, batch commands, plug-ins, etc) except for the faders not responding to the protools faders.

Ok, I will need much more information about the system to trouble shoot. Please start a support ticket.
