Hello, I bought the MTZ. I’m having an issue with the mouse pointer jumping all over the screen. I am using a powered usb hub. Any idea what else I can do? It’s been a real road block for creativity. Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance. This is the USB bus not sending enough power. Try to plug direct into the computer, or if you are direct into the computer please try a different port. I've had this problem for months. Everything that has been suggested to me doesn't help. Both of my MTi's are connected directly to my iMac Pro and they're just going crazy. I have to unplug them from the USB and reconnect them to the Mac every time so I can continue working. Dreadful!! even a €200 expensive studio USB hub doesn't change anything. This is due to the Raven and not the Mac and its USB.

The original post is from an MTZ users, so they have a different USB cable and setup then your Dual RAVEN MTi2. please file a support ticket so we can help troubleshoot, perhaps one of the RAVEN touch panels is going bad. But chances are it is just one of the screens that is causing this, so please figure out which USB is causing the "Ghost clicks".
