I can't for the life of me figure out why this is the way it is? Metagrid and Streamdeck offer customizable buttons for their macros and key commands, and icon of a quarter note for that quantize setting, grid size, etc. The Raven, nothing, not a thing, just text. The whole idea is to speed up workflow and icons are better than text stating "go to previous zoom setting".
This is one of a few things I would love to see in 4.0, give us the ability to use icons for the buttons in the Raven, let us batch import custom icons for the Raven mixer, and for the love of all that is holy update and organize the PDFs and tutorial videos on the Raven. Without any drama, right now it's a mess.
This is a personal preference, but get rid of or at least have the option to get rid of the 3d stuff, it's distracting.

It may look a bit messy but at least users can decide if they prefer to use text or images. and for the love of all that is holy update and organize the PDFs and tutorial videos on the Raven. Have you been to the new website and user portal? my.slateaudio.com/ Every video and manual is tagged specifically and they are automatically separated into DAW and OS depending on which button the user clicks. Same thing with main video setup page. slatemt.com/raven-setup-tutorials/.

The user portal is a big improvement. Still now, one of my biggest gripes with regard to RAVEN tutorials and general info is how much is for previous versions of the software; scattered about. There’s been quite a bit of changes and improvements in the setup routine. Can’t be good for you either. There’s a lot out there.
