Recently, a lot of empty folders have been created on my desktop when using my two RAVENs. After I have deleted them and use the two RAVEN again the next day and work under Logic, I have to delete a lot of empty folders from the desktop after the Logic session.

Recently, a lot of empty folders have been created on my desktop when using my two RAVENs. After I have deleted them and use the two RAVEN again the next day and work under Logic, I have to delete a lot of empty folders from the desktop after the Logic session. I call these "ghost clicks" and they occur when the USB bus doesn't have enough power for the touch screen and causes some false touches when the bus power cuts in/out. Is the USB plugged directly into the computer or a hub?? If a hub try to plug direct into the computer, or if you are direct into the computer please try a different port. If that doesn't help, please try a different USB cable, as I have seen some USB cables not have enough power to power the touch screen. Or, please file a support ticket and we can trouble shoot your setup a bit more. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hi, I've already swapped all of the RAVEN's cables. Still, it happens again and again. Slowly I think that the one RAVEN may have a USB defective.

Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hey Jamey,
out of nowhere it happens again. my mac desktop stops responding and empty folders are being created. only when i have disconnected my two ravens from the usb can i work with my mac again. If I connect my Raven to the USB again, the same thing happens again after a few minutes.
I have not changed anything in the system.

If I connect my Raven to the USB again, the same thing happens again after a few minutes. I have not changed anything in the system. Probably a bad USB cable or USB port. But would need to know which RAVEN is causing the issue and chances are it isn't both of them. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven if you would like to troubleshoot. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
