Hello. I've run into an issue with touch commands on my dual Raven setup after relocating it; current software version 3.9.3. Each screen identifies, configures and calibrates just fine from what I can tell. The cursor test on each runs without issue. All seems to function fine. I can create a box on one display that isn’t duplicated on the other. I can navigate the OS and move windows from one to the other without issue. But when I run UPDD Test the moves/drawings are duplicated on the other display. As a result, actions I’m making with the Raven software in Pro Tools on one display are duplicated actions on the other.
Any ideas?

I would need much more info about the system and the setup of the system to fully diagnose . are you mac or windows? what type of computer? how are the displays plugged in? But this sounds like an issue with the TUIO settings in UPDD Commander as the RAVEN Multi-Touch is handled completely by TUIO and not single touch or mouse. Perhaps restore the default settings in UPDD commander for RAVEN or file a support ticket. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven and we can help you trouble shoot. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Mac. M1. I know, "bleeding edge" 12 month old computer here. However, the displays are plugged into separate ports which has previously worked on this machine. I'm not exactly sure how to restore to default in UPDD commander for RAVEN, but I did find this at Touch-Base support: support.touch-base.com/Knowledgebase/50757/Dual-monitor-issue-on-M1-systemsIt's the issue I'm having, I've just yet to find a way to solve it. Seems to be a USB port issue. I've updated to UPDD software version 06.00.729.1487771 as well. No dice.

Hit up support and I can help you get it working, from what I recall the old MacBook M1 can only run a single display unless you are using some odd USB-HDMI display link setup. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Nah, if this was the issue then the identify routine and the single touch wouldn't work as you described. Your issue is totally different as the RAVEN software is all TUIO based. Hit up support and send a little video so we can help as trying to troubleshoot on a forum is very hard.

Jamey,
I meant to type Mac mini, M1. At any rate, I’ve emailed support.

SOLVED. After reaching out to support, it was discovered that the TUIO cursor position setting defaulted to the first option (Relative to whole display) and not the option that should have been selected, as shown in the attached screenshot. I suspect the default setting is for a single RAVEN display. Thank you!
