I'm getting fed up with this stuff here! Now V-Control thinks it doesn't have to work anymore !! I paid € 2000 for these two boxes, plus the All Access Pass and the VSX. So I left plenty of money at Slate and it doesn't work here !! I will probably sell the two RAVEN again and the only thing I will keep is the VSX .. at least because of the functioning !! I haven't changed anything in my Mac OS configuration. V-Control cannot be started either .. I have to deinstall RAVEN OS and completely reinstall and configure it! When will there finally be an update !!!!!!!!!!! I can't work like that .. who will pay me the loss!?!?! That sucks !!

Something maybe wrong with the communication between Logic and V-control. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402120334231-Logic-Pro-X-RAVEN-stuck-at-connecting-to-V-Control-Pro-or-V-Control-not-responding-Please try reseting Logic Controller preferences and see if that helps the issue.

V-Control was not even started when my iMac Pro was booting and then it could not be activated. When I tried to start V-Control manually nothing happened, even after restarting my iMac. Only when I removed all of the RAVEN software from my system and reinstalled it did V-Control work again.

and still. V-Control crashes completely under Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.1 and does not start by itself even after restarting my iMac Pro. I have to uninstall and reinstall all of the RAVEN software from my iMac! This scrap makes me ready again !!

File a support ticket and we can look deeper in to your system. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/newElse, you may want to remove V-Control Pro from your Log In items as it doesn't need to be in there.

Also, instead of re-installing everything you can quit V-Control Pro from the OS X Activity Monitor and then just open V-Control Pro again after you force quit it.

Ok, I just responded to your support ticket so we can jump on a screen share and maybe troubleshoot what is going and even try to get Neyrinck to check it out as well.

Did you guys solve this problem?
If so, you could publish the solution here, so others can benefit from it.
I am having the same or similar problem, on startup V-control returns an error message: ------------ V-Control Pro Bundle could not be loaded. Please contact the software publisher for support using this software. Error details: The PACE License Support software required to validate the license for this product is not running. Try restarting your computer. If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the PACE License Support software. The latest installer can be found here: ------------ And if I start Raven App it says it can not connect to V-Control. :-(
Thanks in advance and kind regards.

Personal I am not using Logic but Studio One, the problem occurs after startup (MacOS) before opening any DAW or Raven.
I have solved it by taking V-Control out of the Startup Items list (System preferences > User/Groups settings).
Seams that V-Control needs something else to be loaded before it can run... so it is better to take it out of the startup items list.
I have also noticed that when I startup Raven, it automaticly starts V-Control (Without Zero problems).
Thanks and Kind regards.
