Hey guys,
I'm wondering if anybody has experience using a Raven MTi2 for use with the video game audio middleware such as Wwise or Fmod, or just for game audio sound design at all? Wwise allows mappable/bindable functionality for external MIDI controllers in a similar way as any DAW would to assign fader, knob and other software UI parameters to a MIDI controller. The game audio software simply looks for external MIDI controllers currently on the CPU using its general settings, but I'm unsure if it will recognize the Raven MTi2 as an external MIDI controller since it's also so much more.
Obviously for the aspects of game audio that exist in traditional DAWs, for instance for actually building, layering and mixing a SFX, but for actual middleware integration, I'm wondering if using my MTi2 to assign software parameter control within Wwise is even possible.
Before I start poking around, has anybody done this is Wwise before? There are SO MANY parameters in game audio design software such as Wwise, I bet the Raven would simplify a lot of those processes. Especially if they ever had full Batch Command interaction with the software going forward.
Thanks for any info and insight y'all have!

RAVEN has to be hard coded for each application it interacts with and the RAVEN MIDI function is all rendered using V-Control Pro so it would be up to Neyrinck to support the application first.
However, RAVEN could assign key commands to gestures to be used in any Application which would make editing with touch really fast.

Very nice! Thanks Jameyz. I figured something like that would be the reality for now. I do like your suggested solution though. There are still things MTi2's natural touch and gesture features could help with on a topical UI level with Wwise.
It would be a very cool thing for you guys to pursue natively integrating into FMod and Wwise (AudioKinetic), as the gaming market continues to grow larger into the behemoth it's becoming! Game audio sound designers I believe could really lay into the feature set you guys invest so heavily into!
Thanks for the reply and answer!
