jameyz Jamey, been a while. I just re-downloaded Batch Commander (3.9) for the first time in a long time because... well... life. Anyway. I am on a fully spec'ed out 2017 15" MacBook Pro 3.1Ghz Core i7 and 16GB RAM with a Radeon Pro 560 4GB. Running MacOS 10.13.6. My desk setup also includes a 3440x1440p and a 4K monitor. I am using Pro Tools 2019.12.0 Every time I launch Batch Commander and select Pro Tools 2019, it just crashes. Any thoughts?

That would perhaps the user default layout is corrupt and you need to trash the folder. There are two library folders on macOS, the HD / Library and the User /Library. In order to navigate to the User/Library, hold down the Option Modifier while clicking the "Go" tab in finder. This will reveal the User Library. Once opened, scroll to Application Support/Slate Media Technolgy/Raven/ and delete the "Layouts" folder

Just a Batch Commander folder and there is no Layouts folder within... I was able to grab this from the crash report (note it failed at line 0) "Thread 0 Crashed:: Juce Message Thread Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread 0 com.apple.CoreGraphics 0x00007fff37945fdf ERROR_CGDataProviderCreateWithData_BufferIsNotBigEnough + 47"
