Have a layout I have been using for years now, Just upgraded to 3.9 and now when I try to load it, it wont load and the layout stays as is? Help!

Help! please file a support ticket and send the layout as we need much more info to help trouble shoot. mac or windows? Dual or Single RAVEN?
