Windows 10 Pro two video cards/2 keyboards/2 mice.
UPDD seems to be sending touches to the screen all by itself. My PC becomes almost unusable as when you click on something you want with a mouse, for example any menu item, one of it's "keystrokes" moves the focus away from what you want to do. The "touches" are actually quite rapid. Even after doing a hard reboot the logon screen is miserable to try to log in. I actually think I see 1/2 inch round circles that look like touches coming and going on the login in screen. I was finally able to get in and remove the program. This has happened on and off for a long time. Sometimes I can pull the wireless mouse USB dongle and reseat it and it clears for a while. All I know is something isn't playing well with others and it's an issue I've never had before UPDD.
Any ideas? Anything I can set differntly? THANKS!
Tom

This sounds like you have a USB bus power issue so when the power cuts out you are getting "Ghost Touches" Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I also had/have this problem. I have to unplug both cables from the back of the Raven that is flaking out and plug them back in. I have dual Ravens running Pro Tools and windows. Unfortunately I also have the Raven desk and pulled the right screen out of the desk since that's the one that always faults for easy access. Fix's my problem every time but a pain when it happens in the middle of a session.

Be sure you have disabled your Windows USB power settings so it doesn't try to steal the power. apteryx.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041367673-Disable-USB-Power-Management-Selective-Suspension

I'm running Sweetwater's Creation Station. I can't find that setting. Only thing checked in the USB devices is, Notify me if there are issues connecting to USB devices.

Only thing checked in the USB devices is, Notify me if there are issues connecting to USB devices. right click the device in the device manager and choose properties. Else, perhaps you need to file a support ticket to trouble shoot further. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks for trying to help! I've had a couple of support tickets and unplugging the Raven was the solution.
