I'm using Pro Tools 2020.9.0 HDX and Raven v3.7.8 with Mac OS Mojave in a dual mode setup. When I press Trim + Select buttons together on the Raven Tool bar to try to enter into Smart Tool mode, start or stop on the transport is pressed instead! If the transport is not running, start is pressed. If it's in play, then the stop is pressed. It's like it's pressing the space bar on the keyboard instead of activating the Smart Tool. FYI I am not touching the keyboard when this happens.
The individual Trim, Select, Grab, Zoom, and all the other buttons are working fine and select the correct functions. It only happens when I press these two buttons together to try and activate the Smart Tool mode(the 3 yellow buttons are supposed to light up). I did a complete uninstall and re-install of The Raven software, UPDD and V-Control but nothing has changed. All calibrations are good, and Pro Tools with the Raven is working fine for other aspects like the mixer and such, as far as I can tell.
Anybody got any ideas on what's going on here?
