I have two MTI's and the screens always flash on start up. The first work around was unplugging one before start up, letting the first screen load then plugging in the other. That worked for some months, but now that doesn't even work. Tested the cables (HDMI plugged directly into computer, USB into a powered hub), computer, and other monitors, and all those things are fine. I've dwindled it down to the UPDD software. Either I've screwed up a setting somehow or I need an update that I can't find. Also, this has been an issue since day 1, just been dealing with it because the week around did the trick.

In order to really help we will need much more info.. What kind of Computer, what OS, macOS or Windows? What kind of dock and adapters? What other monitors? I There are many Apple users with issue like this when using external displays and docks adapters, so it's not exactly an issue with the RAVEN. Perhaps you updated your OS recently? osxdaily.com/2014/01/04/fix-flickering-screen-external-display-mac/www.cultofmac.com/75593/another-fix-for-flickering-macbook-air-external-displays-how-to/discussions.apple.com/thread/8056189I've dwindled it down to the UPDD software. UPDD software is only for the USB touch driver so it won't affect the graphics card turning on the display. Also, this has been an issue since day 1, just been dealing with it because the week around did the trick. I never have this issue when I plug directly into the computer, only seems to happen with docks. I find if I turn the power off and on with the buttons on the back of the RAVEN it forces the computer to send the signal.

So far, turning the power off on both displays, then turning them back on one at a time seems to work. Hopefully its consistent.

Just HDMI into the port and HMDI to Mini-Display Port for the other display?

I know it's been awhile, but it turns out it was the cable! Thanks for the help though, was able to find the issue quicker because of it.
