Hi all, Everything seemed to be going fine with install, calibrate, etc.. The first time I launched Pro Tools with Raven everything synced perfectly. Came back another day and essentially did the same thing-Pro Tools launched, Raven launched, but not When I touch a raven button nothing happens in the raven console but the mouse will flash somewhere else on the screen. Also if I hit a button in Raven on one screen, another-seemingly random, Raven button will engage on the other screen. Finally the only button which kind of works is "Hide Raven." But strangely it doesn't hide Raven, it offers to save the Raven session. I know there are protocols with V control, UPDD, etc.... but being a newbie could use some help getting things back to normal!
I'm running and IMac with High Sierra v 10.13.6, and have dual screen MTI2 setup with Pro Tools.
Many thanks in advance for getting me up and running again. JR

JR Click the Hand Icon in the menu bar and press "Configure". This will run through a setup screen, where you will need to "TOUCH" the X on the touch screen monitors, and "CLICK" the X on the screen that doesn't have touch. Here is the setup video for Dual Ravens on Mac OSX. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks Jamey Z I've opened a support ticket and wanted to share a bit more info with you. I also want to ask a question.
1.I am able to confirm Multi touch works in the UPDD test window. 2. I am beginning to suspect that the problem might be with the V control app. There "should" be a setting in system prefs/Security & Privacy in the left hand column that shows an automation tab. which allows V control to control system events. THIS IS MISSING in my settings and I don't know why? 3. I uninstalled V Control and then reinstalled it. No luck.. 4. Calibration seems not to be the issue as the touch works great and tracks beautifully if I just use Pro Tools or other apps. The real issue seems to be that V control is not communicating with Raven.
The question: Can I uninstall the entire Raven package including V control, Raven software, and UPDD and then reinstall?? Will I need new permissions for Ilok?
The software worked so beautifully for about a week and then suddenly it stopped. Thanks in advance for any solutions. JR

Thanks Jamey Z I've opened a support ticket and wanted to share a bit more info with you. I also want to ask a question. What is your ticket number I don't see anything.. 2. I am beginning to suspect that the problem might be with the V control app. There "should" be a setting in system prefs/Security & Privacy in the left hand column that shows an automation tab. which allows V control to control system events. THIS IS MISSING in my settings and I don't know why? This is because it is "Grandfathered" in from before macOS had an automation tab.. But this is not the issue.. If you want V-Control Pro to show in there you can trash the V-Control Pro prefs and it will rescan. Thanks Jamey Z 4. Calibration seems not to be the issue as the touch works great and tracks beautifully if I just use Pro Tools or other apps. The real issue seems to be that V control is not communicating with Raven. Why would you think this?

I've just sent a request. #13061
2. I will trash the prefs for V control
4. I am making an assumption here based on the fact that UPDD touch control seems to work fine, but that when I launch Raven and attempt to use it, it doesn't respond correctly. For example when I touch the Play button another button on the Raven control will engage (but not actually control Pro Tools) Again, an uneducated guess based on observation. (I'll file that ticket now....) and thanks for the reply.

I would suggest re-installing the touch driver or resetting TUIO to the default settings.
