This just started happening sporadically recently. When the dialog pops up, I quit Pro Tools and re-launch from the Raven taskbar and it loads ok then. Anyone else seeing this, and if so why? Attachments:

That would mean your Pro Tools is taking longer than a minute to open. So be sure to open PT then once it is open launch the RAVEN. No need to quit Pro Tools, just hit Launch in the RAVEN Dashboard.

Hey Jamie, I've been using (ever since it was implemented) the Raven dashboard to launch both PT and Raven without issue, and probably around 90% of the time, they both launch fine, it's only sporadic that it throws up this dialog. What could have changed? Should I just not use the dashboard and load PT and Raven separately?
Thanks!

I would still use the Dashboard to launch them both, but if it times out just hit "Launch" in the Dashboard after.

Ok, I didn't think about that, I don't know how I would narrow it down because I have a lot of plugins, but I'll follow your advice. It's not that big of a deal, I was just curious if anyone else had seen it or if it was a bug somewhere.
Thanks!
Hey Jamie, I tried your suggestion when I got the dialog and here's what happened: Raven timed out before PT loaded so I waited for PT to load completely. When I went to the dashboard to reload Raven it only gave me the option to "close" so I quit the dashboard and re-opened it and re-launched Raven (PT was still open) The problem I then discovered was that upon reloading Raven my batch command buttons didn't work nor did my gestures..... So I quit everything and loaded back from scratch and both PT and Raven loaded properly and all batch commands and gestures worked again.... Weird!!!!

Typically when PT is loading you can see your plugins being checked (loading)at the bottom. see if it hangs on any particular one.

**RESOLVED** I feel like I have found the problem..... I had a plugin which has been problematic with my Kompete Kontrol keyboard, and it is called a "FB360 spatialize" plugin which I'm not certain how I got, but I have most likely way more plugins than I use and I believe this one has to do with mixing in surround which I don't do. Anyway, I have removed it in the past to fix that glitch and thought it was gone but apparently it got reloaded at one point so I deleted it. That seems to fix the problem with the timeout dialog because it hasn't happened since. I also fixed other issues with plugins by uninstalling/reinstalling ALL of my Waves plugins with proper updates. So, keeping fingers crossed but it looks like it's fixed! Thanks to Jamey Z for the tip about a plugin taking too long to load!!!
