so with PT 2020 imminent, and the inclusion of Track Folders, which will certainly change the look and behavior of the screens...
is a Raven update that incorporates these changes in the works?

We have to wait for the release version of PT2020 before we can fully integrate the RAVEN as Avid keeps changing stuff in the 2020 beta. |

so it's out today.... please keep us posted! There is an update in users accounts that works with PT2020 but we plan to offer full support in a few weeks with RAVEN 3.7.5. Currently users may need to put any duplicate pro tools apps in a sub folder and just keep PT20 in the app folder. Also, folder tracks can't be the 1st track in the session for the RAVEN Internal Mixer to align correctly. |

Is the folder track sizing a similar issue to the 7.1.2 track issue that was a problem a year ago Jamey?

I would imagine banking or Show 24 could be a bit broken by folder tracks.
Are any other internal clicks or command menus structures changed in 2020?
I’m probably going to wait for the 3.7.5 update.

it's too bad that it SEEMS like you can't have a folder track spilled out to its components in the Mix window but only a folder in the Edit window. it's both or neither.

That’s not a Raven thing. It’s inherent in Pro Tools. A folder is either open or it’s not but it has to be the same in both window views
Or am I missing something?

Does anyone else have mixer issues when using folder tracks? For me it kind of works but the faders sometimes show 2 faders per track and also the faders graphics are glitchy....the faders jump side to side randomly.

If there are two faders that would be the RAVEN fader cap and behind it you can see the PT fader cap, but if you into 10 insert mode it draws in a fader lane so the PT fader cap will never been shown. |
