I have 2 system SSDs in my MacPro 12-core, 2.93 GHz, 5,1 computer and an MTi1: System 1 - Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5, Pro Tools 10 - Raven 3.7 runs perfectly System 2 - Ma OS X Sierra 10.12.6, Ableton Live 9 Suite - problems... • The UPDD Gestures Settings window keeps popping up every 10 seconds or so and demanding attention • When I boot up Raven, I get two messages: ERROR: Touch Hardware not Detected
Warning: Too Many Raven DisplaysWhat am i doing wrong? I uninstalled Raven 3.7, following the instructions on this page: slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/216707757-Complete-Clean-Uninstall-of-V-Control-PreferencesThen I re-installed Raven 3.7, but its made no difference to the problem. '

...and I have no touchscreen functionality at all.
The MultiTouchPlatform application doesn't seem to have been installed in my Applications folder.

If I hit 'Configure' in the UPDD menu Daemon, I get a message: UPDD No devices connected, which seems to indicate that my MTi1 is not being recognised. However, if I reboot the Mac to System 1 (OS x 10.8.5) everything works fine. If this a Mac Sierra issue, i.e. not recognising my MTi1? Here are a few screenshots:

I've just found a copy of MultiTouch_Driver_V4.1906_for_Raven.dmg in my files. This file no longer seems to be available on the Slate website.
I ran it and now I have the MultiTouchPlatform app, and my MTi1 is recognised.
However, when I run Raven 3.7 I still get the error messages in the dashboard window.
By the way, how can I run Raven with Ableton Live? It doesn't appear in the dashboard as a DAW option. Logic Pro and Studio One do appear.

Here is the Calibration video for MTi1/MTX touch screens.

You will need to install Multi-Touch Platform for MTi1, you can find the download for Multi-Touch Platform in your Slate Account. users.drumclassroom.net

Logic Pro and Studio One do appear. This would mean RAVEN isn't seeing the USB cable for the MTi1, or your MTi1 isn't sending the correct USB name. You will want to use Manual Detection Mode. Hit the "Auto" button to set it to "Manual" in the Settings and then hit "Detect" to setup Manual Detection Mode. By the way, how can I run Raven with Ableton Live? It doesn't appear in the dashboard as a DAW option. Logic Pro and Studio One do appear. This would mean Ableton is not in your Applications folder, or it is not a supported version of Ableton.

The UPDD Gestures Settings window still keeps popping up every 10 seconds or so... Maybe this is TUIO and not gestures? If TUIO be sure to "uncheck" start at Log in.

Thanks JameyZ for that very supportive and fast response! Things are (mostly) OK now: • I have touchscreen functionality • The Raven Dashboard window recognises Ableton Live (now that I've moved it not my Applications folder). • The UPDD Gestures window has stopped popping up every 15 seconds (phew!). However, the Raven Dashboard window still displays 2 error messages: The USB connection seems good (it works when I boot up my OS X 10.8.5 system) and the Raven operates fine so the connection must be good. I do have a second Mac display but it's not a Raven. A quick note about MultiTouch_Driver_V4.1906_for_Raven. As you say, it's accessible in my account. However it's labelled " RAVEN MTX MULTI-TOUCH PLATFORM 4.19" which is a bit confusing if you have a Raven MTi1. Thanks, Mick

Thanks JameyZ for that very supportive and fast response! However, the Raven Dashboard window still displays 2 error messages: I would need you to send me a system report so I could see the USB ID, but you can just go to Manual detection mode. You will want to use Manual Detection Mode. Hit the "Auto" button to set it to "Manual" in the Settings and then hit "Detect" to setup Manual Detection Mode. ![](https://eiosis.zendesk.com/attachments/token/blD04YA7lJcNynueYLKWx2jA9/?name=Screen+Shot+2019-04-23+at+3.06.00+PM.png)

It is in there, just have to scroll down to the individual installers section. View AttachmentAre you sure about that? I've tried on three different browsers and two different computers and keep getting the following message when I try to download the newest Raven MTX Multi-touch Platform 4.19 Mac package (I've also tried downloading from both your slatemt.com site, as well as my.stevenslateasudio.com): This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
