Hey Jamey, Any ideas what gives with this issue? My Ilok shows the Raven Licenes but the Dashboard says no Ilok licenses found. See screenshot attached. Please help, Cheers Bill Attachments:

Please help, Cheers Bill Hi Jamey, My ilok has Raven licensed and it is not showing up on the Raven Dashboard. I have unplugged ilok, I have resynched etc, rebooted I Mac OS 10.13.6 When I launch my ilok manager I sign in etc. Any ideas? Thanks very much, Carrie

BUMP. I have the same exact problem. Maybe you updated to PT2020 without also updating the RAVEN app?? Or the applications aren't in your app folder or have been renamed or something so the RAVEN dashboard can't scan them in.
