Trying to get my MTI2 up and running but the Raven software freezes and doesn't finish loading. No buttons respond except for the hide Raven button. I then have to force quit. Late 2013 Mac Pro, 32 gigs ram with Protools 12.4 Thanks

Sounds like a touch driver issue, did you install the mti2 driver? Do You have touch on the screen? Are you using multiple screens?

yes it appears to be a touch driver issue yes I installed the mti2 driver I had wiped Protools preferences and needed to set up the hui parameters again Ran out of time in my trouble shooting and needed to run a session At the end I had some touch on the screen but the curser moves to wherever I touch I have a Mac 27 inch monitor that I intend to use eventually Thanks for your help

For anything to do with touch you will be wanting to look at the UPDD touch drive settings. If u have multiple screen take a look at this. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/216194688-Multiple-display-setup-issues-Raven-Touch-Controlling-another-screenAfter checking these settings. If you Raven doesn't respond to touch, try a re-install of Raven and the UPDD touch driver.
