IS there a command to click on insert C for example?
Option click on it?
Alt Command click on a plug in (to make it inactive)?
Or am I doing these things the right or best way by recording mouse clicks?

I can try to program one that does OPT Click, as I am not sure if it will work with the mouse recording feature. |

I'll look for click insert 3... i guess i was looking for a letter
it works (or seems to!) with mouse clicks as the Mix window always has to be aligned in the same place anyway.
But I'm sure you could come up with a more elegant and reliable program.

I also want a command that do left and right clicks alone... seems that the Phyton .py do not work in raven 3.6 ?
