if i didn't believe in god and technology i would have trouble telling you that my system is back up. don't know how, don't know when.... a couple of things are still an issue, 1. my UPDD icon at the top of the screen has a exclamation point symbol in it, i recalibrated...? didn't help.. 2. could my UPDD issues that i have been having for quite awhile really be caused by a usb cable? i have my Raven screen plugged into a usb extension that runs to my mac,,, is this an issue? thx ca

If you on MTi2 then perhaps you didn't allow access to the touch driver. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven.. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=61177

2. could my UPDD issues that i have been having for quite awhile really be caused by a usb cable? i have my Raven screen plugged into a usb extension that runs to my mac,,, is this an issue? thx ca I had this problem with my system when I setup my second MTi2. I moved to a new studio with a machine room and running both screens with USB extenders kept making the UPDD disconnect/reconnect. I ended up putting my Mac Pro under my Raven Core Station instead of running the extenders, which solved some problems, but I still got drop puts a few times a week. After starting a support ticket it was suggested I get a powered USB hub, which didn't really help. I also got a USB3 PCIE card, thinking that might help. Still dropouts. I finally changed all the USB cables connected to the screens, and thats 99% solved my problems. I get a drop out ever now and then, but it reconnects pretty quickly. I would like to try running the extenders again, I just added a second graphics card and the fan noise is quite loud....
