I'm not sure if this is a Raven problem or a general Pro Tools problem, but I've had it happen twice in the last week. Basically I've gone to launch Pro Tool's from the Raven Dashboard and Pro Tools has crashed unexpectedly. When I launch PT again all my preferences have been wiped. My system has been rock solid for 3 years and this problem has only occurred since the 3.6 update, I haven't changed anything else (installed new software, etc). Is this just me? Thanks

Thanks Yes, this is just a pro tools issue, I have seen it erase all the prefs before, I see it more on Windows as well. There is no difference between opening Pro Tool from the RAVEN and double clicking a shortcut. So something else must be going on. |
