So a few things
one is I also got the there’s a problem message a few times until finally it seems to have resolved itself and launch but it’s still seeing a choice between ProTools 12 and 2018 and seems to think that 12 is open even though 12 isn’t anywhere in my applications folder anymore So it won’t open pro tools from within the raven control panel it pops up an error message telling me to open it manually
also is it only in the default layout that first opens that the favorites toolbar is available? If I switch to the mixing layout that option seems to go away and I can’t seem to figure out how to get back to that first layout that opened after the install
it’s all a little confusing!

If so move them to a sub folder so RAVEN doesn't get confused. So a few things also is it only in the default layout that first opens that the favorites toolbar is available? If I switch to the mixing layout that option seems to go away and I can’t seem to figure out how to get back to that first layout that opened after the install Hit Customize and you can move the favorite palette to the space you need. This palette came out after the mixing layout, so it's probably on the 3rd toolbar.
