Selecting Start to End Markers

I'm trying to create a batch command to select from my start to end markers. My start is always marker 1 and my end is always marker 16.  I see a couple of pre-made scripts in the batch commander but when I try to use them nothing seems to happen.   Also, once that selection is made I'd like Pro Tools to set my bounce track to record and then start recording.  Not looking to do a software bounce as I'm using a analog summing mixer.
