I am about ready to send the MTI2 back to Vintage King.
Some very basic issues.
The Bar for Adding Plugins, no matter if its the default EQ, or Comp, or Add Favorite to Slot a, none of them work in Protools 10.3.10.
The raven mixer overlay for ProTools, when I see it in the training videos, it shows the Raven Logo beside each fader, you still have access to Mute, Solo, etc, however mine dos not. It places another window overtop the normal ProTools Mix Window that covers Solo, Mute Etc, and then I constantly have to tell it to do the 24 fader verses the 22. Why in the world would anyone use the 22 Fader since they don't line up with the tracks correctly.
What am I missing or doing wrong.

I have since figured out at least partially why my faders are not reverting to normal protools faders except with the raven symbol on them, as I hadn't aligned things with the red line. I have since done so, they now show protools colors and have the raven symbol, however, I can only see part of the Record button and the Mute button, the others are covered, and no matter what I do I cannot select any of the buttons as long as the Raven Mixer is activated. What am I doing wrong? Attachments:

What am I doing wrong? You will have to hide "HEAT" in the mixer window. This is throwing off the alignment. This is why the Adding plugins will not function either, they are probably trying to click on the insert, but instead clicking on HEAT.. Or you can import the window configs from this article and it should align perfectly.. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/215813558-Pro-Tools-Internal-Mixer-Alignment

I had since figured that out. Why did you guys not think about this when you made the Video's? In the Videos you should have indicated that you can only have xyz and nothing else for things to work. I wasted several hours trying to figure this out, and trust me I was about to box the thing up and send it back!!!!
Think Worst Case Scenario in everything you guys do!!!!!!

Glad you got it working. Thanks for input:. There is a part in the QuickStart video about aligning the internal mixer that goes through the Mix Window View settings for MTI and MTX.
I will be sure to add these settings in the latest pro tools alignment support article too..
