Coming back to this as I had to do a ton of splitting recently and would have loved to get it working. I'm on protools 2020.11 and when I try it it seems to go through the steps but doesn't manage to delete the tracks. Is the "delete track" command different in the newer versions of protools? If you have a newer version of protools could you try it? Thanks!
