The insert slots on the external mixer come up empty on my system. I see there are "no insert" slots on the tutorial video, but mine's just empty and can't select anything.
What am I missing here?
Running PT 12 on OS 10.9.5

Running PT 12 on OS 10.9.5 I have seen this before. You should just be able to open up a plugin on the selected track and have it "Kick in" on the Raven Plugbot. It is working on my PT12 10.9.5  Once its recognized that all the rest should work. |

Mine's definitely acting up. It worked for the first time this morning, and it's back to the empty slots again. And when it worked, it sometimes displayed plugin parameters. Bizarre!
