Can you try an iPhone by chance?? Wow, I just saw this same thing with another user. It crashed on his iPhone, but worked fine on his iPad. I would try re downloading the app from the App Store, and hit "factory default" in Raven settings. I will look into this more though.

Having the same problem. Tried uninstalling Raven. Deleted all Raven preferences. Tried reinstalling Slate remote iPad app. Still happening. And my batch commands don't show up.

I found a fix:
1. Restore factory default on Raven software. 2. Quit Raven and slate remote 3. Restart Raven software and slate remote. Don't panic if the remote doesn't show any batch commands. 4. Load a previously saved Raven session. When you load your session, the Slate remote will populate with batch commands. So far, my remote is now working correctly.

Glad you got it fixed. It is good practice to hit "restore factory default" every time you install the Raven software.. That was the fix for me.

I spoke too soon. Restoring factory defaults actually didn't solve my problem. Every time I open the Raven software, the remote will not load my batch commands and it will crash the Raven software if I press a blank button on the iPad.
The only thing that seems to fix this issue is re loading my Raven session. When I select load session, my iPad populates with commands and it stops crashing the Raven.
Seems like there is some bug with the 'set user default' setting and the slate remote.

Thanks for info.. The user default is for a sure a bug, I will report that ASAP.
We are aware that pressing a blank BC will crash the app, so this is being worked on.. for now, try not to press a greyed out BC.
