Logic Pro X not showing up on Raven Startup

I have followed all directions but when I open Logic Pro X and then Raven it does not transfer to the MTi2. I open V-Control, Logic Pro X, then Raven and nothing. I do have video signal and touch screen operating. The only thing I can think of is that when I right click V-Control and go to activation, an activation is required via iLock but there are none available. It then asks if I want to purchase an activation. The Raven software is activated through iLock.  What am I missing.  The directions seem straight forward.  I have adjusted all the settings on my Mac, Logic Pro, Raven, MTi2, etc.  Any thoughts?  Thank you.
