Hi Guys
I got my MTi2 in hand, yay. But I had an issue with the registration process, I never received the iLok email (and I have indeed looked in my spam and even in my mail server logs as I'm also the server administrator
). I also cannot login with the credentials I submitted on that page (even though it seemed to succeed). I tried a password reset email and that one didn't come through either.
Maybe there's something jamming up the mail queue or maybe there's another issue with my account.
Hoping someone is around that can help. I left a voicemail at the CS extension, not sure if there are other numbers to call or reach.
It's tough having this nice piece of gear sitting here and not be able to play with it
