Hello all... I need a little assistance... I upgraded to PT12 yesterday and also to Raven 3.0 but I am now having issues where my mix window and floating mixer in Raven do not work. I have reset to factory settings as was noted in the release information and still doesn't work. the V-Pro software is v.2 for some reason and in order to activate it on my ILok account... I have to pay $50 per month... which doesn't seem right. I just browsed a few threads and found that if something else was installing while the Raven software was installing it may mess things up... and I know PT12 addons were being installed at the same time as the Raven software was. Would I benefit from removing all MTi-1 related software and reinstall?
My system is iMac 27" i7 with SSD 500gb primary and 32GB ram. I am running OSX Yosemite 10.10.5 and PT 12.4

Ok.. I think I found part of the problem... I was not actually in my Raven account... it looked exactly like my account page info but was a different web address... I was able to get into my actual account on users.drumclassroom.net and download some newer instructions that include PT 12 and both Ravens... it mentions the V-Pro software... so I will try uninstalling everything... and downloading again the software from my account again as a clean install and see what happens.

Ok. that appears to have done the trick... although pro tools kept crashing with errors about the Vpro having too many notifications (?) so I played around with it and found the AVID software controller that launches with PT12.4 was the problem... for whatever reason it was causing the vpro to overreact... so turning it off made it work after I had reinstalled everything from my user download site... and no license for V-pro was required... as it should be.

Sorry you were having issues and thanks for finding that fix. Can you explain a little more? As I take it, the Avid software update app was causing V-control to not open because of Ilok errors?
