Clicking the inserts button rarely every brings up the correct inserts menu for the channel. This would be a nice feature to fix  PT12 OSX 10.8.5 |

This was happening to me today, and i just restarted V-Contorl and Raven, and everything seemed to start working again.

I've gotten it to work as well but more often than not it doesn't. Thanks though for reporting.

And how about a fix? I can rarely go longer than a few hours without this problem happening. It seems like it slowly starts to get worse and then it won't work at anymore without a restart.

The Raven communication could be getting blocked from firewall or Anti-Virus software such as Mcafee or Windows 360 defender. Try turning any of these apps off and see if it helps the issue. For Mac OS X, check the firewall settings in "System Preferences/Security and Privacy
Something maybe wrong with the communication between Logic and V-control. Please try reseting Logic Controller preferences and see if that helps the issue.

Just got an MTI2 today. Lots of issues including this one as well. The inserts window that comes up in the internal mixer rarely works at all. Not sure why this feature is implemented if it isn't reliable. Any chance for a fix? If not, might be sending the unit back. Thanks!
