Hi there,
Hope anyone can help me. I've just bought a RAVEN MTi and it stucks when I open the Raven app at "connecting Ney-fi" and that's all. I've done the installation following exactly what tutorial says, I've got the licenses correctly activated in my ilok and I own a PT 11 Native HD 11.1.2 under Mac Mountain Lion 10.8.4. I open first the Multitouch app to calibrate, all is correct, I callibrate and it shows as connected. Then close Multitouch and open Ney-Fi. Then open Protools 11 and set all as it says the tutorial Finally open Raven's and there it happens...
I have my keyboard set on US language and all softwre is the latest one from slate's website. Please help!!

I already talked to Paul and he fix it so fast. I needed to put a name to the computer at prefs>Share. It's weird but it worked so...terrific!!

Having the same trouble as Les. Hanging on launch with "connecting to Nye-fi" but, no explanation above for the fix.

I'm having the exactsame issue. however my mac already has a name...and the only fix i've seen is to restart my Mac....my ney-fi is up to date and was installed via my slate account...
