I now see that Raven is not supporting the latest OS X El Capitan.
My Raven wasn't working before I upgraded to this. The MultiTouchPlatform cannot see any devices and I therefore can't use the controller.
I just tried downloading/installing V3 but it didn't change my scenario.
Please help.

It's def not a El Capitan issue. The USB is plugged in correct? I would do a clean uninstall of the multitouch software and reinstall www.multitouch.com/download/mt_driver.dmgThere maybe an uninstaller in here, if not I will find one for u

Thanks for your input. Indeed, I had USB issues with a hub and other devices. Touchscreen working.
Next issue:
The buttons do not all work:
1. Transport controls 2. Edit/Mix selection 3. Pan controll
I'm not sure if this has to do with the fact that I upgraded to V3.0? It has different selections for the Peripheral/MIDI input device setting than the previous version of the Raven software that was on my machine.

My transport is pretty good with captain. This sounds to me like some kind of HUI set up issue 2. mix button is broken in captain. Use cmnd = 3. Pan controls are super slow, so they should work if u move them a little slower. But also could be a HuI thing. How are your faders acting?? The input devices should be the same name.. Can u take a screen shot?

Sounds like you lost HUI. Check the V-control setup to make sure pro tools is showing up in there. Also be sure to check your MIdI devices and peripherals that v-control is setup. If this all looks good, please file a support ticket so we can get you up and running.

Updated to PT 12 and reinstalled 3.0 MTI software. Things seem better. Still some weird stuff happening thought. Most controls are functional. Certain moves scatter/scramble the controls around my screen and can only be reinstated by a force quite/restart.

Please take some screen shots and note the issues you are having and file a support ticket with them, and we will get to all these El Capitan issues very soon.

I hope the fix comes soon. My Raven is not very functional. It likes to freeze and requires forced quits often.
