Hide Inactive Tracks

So, I use "Hide Inactive Tracks" in combination with "Show All Tracks" a lot. But, it doesn't work if there aren't any Inactive Tracks in the session... it chooses one of the other track types and hides those. Not so helpful. Any way around this?

Also, the click for Restore Previous Tracks is a little too high... doesn't work.

Restore previous tracks is working well over here. It's almost like it's trying to click a window behind it try restarting ProTools./: also maybe you could just always have an in active track in your session. I can't think of any other way not to select something
