installed 3.0 this morning, and started like this:  then this……PT 12.3 is running…  then this………all of my BC lost  what did I miss? any help appreciated Walter |

Can u upload the old ravlay?
Did u try "restore factory default" that may bring them back....
The ilok error is interesting , but i have seen something before when installing the new v-control where it did some weird ilok stuff..
What system are you on???
Where you installing any other applications or plugs or just Raven when you got the ilok error??/
We will look into it..

Hi Jameyz thanks for getting back _restoring the former (v2.5.1) ravlay does not help at all _did also a factory restore …… nada _iLok…NO other software has ben installed _I'm on YOSEMITE / MacPro Trashcan/ 20GB / I spent half a day in trying to get V3 to work, hoping V3 would cure all major hiccups of the previous version. Moderately spoken, I'm quiet diasapointed by this "update" and I rolled back to 2.5.1 where at least my BCs are acting as they should. sincerely Walter |

Also can you open a support ticket so we can get to the bottom of what is happening??? |

Yep, I've got the same iLok problem, and nothing carried over. The layouts did, but none of the BCs. I've just been rebuilding the ones that don't work, not that big a deal for what I've got going so far. It'd be more irritating if I had a lot of complex task automation sorts of things, but I don't really.

However my layouts were lost. there is apparently no way to LOAD a existing ravlay, at least not as far as I can see. however you can do it by going to your ravlay files and then dragging and dropping it onto the Raven desktop icon! it doesn't completely work tho...

If you can open the BClay in PT11, then save it and restart in PT12, the ravlay should then load again in PT12 give or take a couple BCs.. |

Yes im getting no ilok message also ,
..., and if I ignore , Raven 3.0 will load ..., but is totally unresponsive and I have to force quit .
Strangely it was working last night ?
Pro Tools 12.3
Yosemite 10.10.5

I installed this latest update , because I was having the iLOK woes from initial 3.0 version ..., and after downloading and installing this newer fixed 3.0 version - I actually had the raven run for a few hours ..., and then nothing .., ie; no response from the Raven at all > So I had to force quit . Upon starting up the Raven ......, The ol' NO ILOK message reappeared again with this new version also ...., something seriously wrong going on under the hood  Is this happening to anyone else ? |

Hi Bendame ..., I was getting this ilok problem "From the new build"  I downloaded this yesterday after reading the Slate support message yesterday (from Matt) announcing the new build (ie; that was meant to fix the ilok issue) .., and did fix it for me , but only for a few hours and now its broken again ? |
