Hi, I purchased a secondhand Raven MTi from Guitar Center in the US and had it shipped to my studio in the UK. I plugged the Raven into my 2010 Mac Pro using the supplied DVI cable, and also plugged in the USB cable. The screen powered on, but remained blank.
When I took out the DVI cable, there was a 'signal error" message momentarily. and the screen powered off. I tested the cable with other monitors, no problem. Changed the USB cable and port, no change - still a totally blank screen.
It seems like there is a communication error between the graphics card (an ATI Radeon HD 5770 with 1024 MB of RAM) and the Raven, yet there is precious little information about graphics card compatibility. There is also no direct link that I can find to download drivers from the Raven - I assume for most people this occurs automatically once the installation process kicks off when the Raven is attached properly to their Mac, but unfortunately in my case this did not happen.
I run a really busy commercial studio, I need answers on this fast, please.
Thanks!
