Not sure if you have all caught up with this but according to Paul Neyrinck, his new app works brilliantly with the Raven software (unlike the Avid iPad app)
Matt - what's the Slate take on this?

I would like to know this too. I have sent an email to Neyrinck but haven't received a reply yet.

I have discovered that the new Vcontrol Pro 2 doesn't work with Raven and it appears to me to be because Raven 2.5 uses version 1.9 of Ney Fi and VControl still uses 1.8.0.1. I have tried to launch Raven after opening VControl under 1.8 version and it just won't open. Consequently if I open Raven under Ney Fi 1.9 then VControl won't open. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but that's the way I'm seeing it. If I am wrong I would appreciate someone setting me straight. I don't like the ProTools app because I'm still using PT 11.3.1 and it won't work fully under PT11. You have to be running PT12 for the app to have its full capabilities. The VControl Pro 2 app works with VControl Pro 1, but you have to pay $50 to get the Pro 2 functionality. I will keep using VControl 1 because with the Raven I don't need to have full capabilities from the IPad app.

Stick with Ney-Fi for now.. Since they don't play well together. But I bet V-Control 2 and Raven will be friends eventually..

Hey Mikerophonics,
The current version of Raven is still only Compatible with Ney-Fi but our next release will be compatible with V-Control Pro.
