System:
OS: Yosemite 10.10.4 Hardware: Mac Pro,3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5, 64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC, Graphics, AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB Raven Model: Raven MTX Raven Software: 2.5 ProTools: 11.3.1
Problem:
This has only begun happening since a Raven 2.5 install and Yosemite upgrade, but if I use the raven touch screen buttons, say, to use the "Save ProTools" button, two odd things happen, 1) the raven rack tiers increase by adding two empty racks above the existing two and 2), the "Save ProTools" button in the raven array becomes moveable, meaning I can move it from it's position.
Note that the same thing occurs no matter which Raven array button is touch screen pushed for example, "Hide Raven" or "Edit/Mix" buttons. (None of this happens with a mouse/trackball).
I have re-calibrated numerous times to see if this would help to no avail.
Thank you for your help.

I would def need to see a video, hard to tell what is happening, I would say try cleaning the edges of the screen ? Maybe something got caught in there.. Or hit up slate support first thing, they should be able to get u up and running.

Hi Ravenous,
Please send me a video of what is going on if you have not already opened a support ticket.
