sorry to bother again, having an ilok issue this time. the Raven software just is not liking me. any help?  |

Hi hez,
Thanks for your reply. I have ran the ilok software and the only license there ks the PT11&10 licenses but no sign of raven mti license?..
I gather that this is the issue! But how do i solve this?

If everything is right, you will see "Raven MTi Pro Tools" in the "Product Name" column, and "Slate Media Technology" in the "Publisher Name" column.
You have to contact Raven support: They will send the license to your iLok.

thanks hez, i have mailed support this morning regarding the issue but havent had word back yet. ive still got the product key and all the relevant purchasing proof, just needing the ilok pass key

I have the same issue... No iLok license Found!
Worked fine two days ago. Now nothing. Please help I need to get to work on a project.

I´m having the same problem as well. Worked fine yesterday, but now I get the "No Licenses Found" message in the "Select DAW:" dropdownmenu. I´ve checked the iLok and the licenses are still there.
